Campaigns

Each campaign may have different branding elements (Intro/Outro/Watermark/Metadata), different users, and syndication to different social networks.

Use one branded campaign for client testimonials, another for product demos, and yet another for documenting your day. The sky is the limit; have fun posting great content!


Metadata

VIDEO TITLE

  • Give your video a title that will catch the attention of viewers and prompt them to stop and watch your content.
  • NOTE: Twitter utilizes this as the text for the Tweet and ignores the Description field altogether.

TAGS

  • The internet LOVES tags. Use them to help viewers find your content. #awesome #congoapp #sayHi

DESCRIPTION

  • Place all the detail you can muster in the description field. The Facebook/Youtube algorithms LOVE great descriptions, so add plenty of good information here. 
  • NOTE: Facebook publishes this text in the body of the post, while ignoring the "Title" field altogether.

THUMBNAIL IMAGE

  • If you want to control what thumbnail image youtube places on your video, rather than relying on a random thumbnail generator. Select your own photo by pressing the "thumbnail" image during the Congo upload screen and select from your phone library.

Syndication/Distribution

PERSONAL SOCIAL NETWORKS

  • To connect or disconnect your social accounts inside the app select the "settings" icon on the bottom R of the record screen. 
  • Select "Account" and then "Social Connections", Connect and disconnect as you need.

CAMPAIGN SOCIAL NETWORKS

  • Campaign "owners" can select and change where they want videos to post.
  • To connect or disconnect your social accounts inside the app select the "settings" icon on the bottom R of the record screen. 
  • Select "Campaign" and then choose your campaign image. Connect and disconnect as you need.
