My videos are double posting - FIX

The main cause of this is when a user has connected the SAME social accounts under the "Campaign" and "Personal" connections. We have this feature for campaigns with multiple publishers.

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

Campaign Social Connections

These connections are for exclusive social media for the campaign/brand. Example. "Jim Bob Realtys" Facebook page. Usually owned by the business or brand.

Personal Social Connections

These connections are for the person (publisher) posting/creating the video content. They can connect to their personal social media accounts. Example. "Scottie Smith" Facebook profile

Congo allows you to create your campaign and separate brand connections from personal connections. This helps when you have multiple people posting to a campaign.

HOW TO FIX IN THE APP

Personal Social Connections

1) Open App.
2) Press bottom R icon on video record screen to enter your account setup
3) Click the "Account" button
4) Click "Social Connections" button
5) Disconnect the personal accounts you want to disconnect.

Campaign Social Connections

1) Open App.
2) Press bottom R icon on video record screen to enter your account setup
3) Click the "Campaigns" button
4) Select your campaign
5) Disconnect the campaign accounts you want to disconnect.

HOW TO FIX ON THE WEBSITE

Personal Social Connections

1) Log into your account at www.congo.io

2) Top R of screen select "My Account" and then click "Account Settings"

3) Click "Syndication"

4) Disconnect the personal accounts you want to disconnect.

Campaign Social Connections

1) Log into your account at www.congo.io

2) Select "View" of the desired campaign

3) Press "settings" icon

4) Click "Syndication"

5) Disconnect the campaign accounts you want to disconnect.
